Sandymere at Surf Bay is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 people and has its own private hot tub. A great holiday apartment for a family or couples sharing with those added extra touches including a large private balcony area and your own hot tub to relax in day or night.
Sandymere is a modern open plan design with underfloor heating running throughout with a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine and an electric oven with gas hob as well as built in fridge and freezer. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided. There is a dining area with table and chairs that comfortably seat 4 people and a lounge area with a large sofa and armchair. There is a 42" Smart TV in the lounge area and a Bluetooth speaker.
There are two bedrooms at Sandymere with one double bedroom that has a king size bed and its own ensuite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be linked together to make a large double bed. Linen and towels are provided. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with built in DVD players. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the Jacuzzi bath.
